A team member of a unique, challenging and project-based environment where I and around 30 others, design, plan, coordinate, integrate and test IT solutions for the Royal Canadian Navy.
Expected to work alongside Navy Personnel, engage and work onsite vessels and at DND Facilities, day sail and trial run technology alongside the members who will use them.
Testing IT infrastructure this position is self driven, independent while also being fiercely involved with a diverse team. This position involves researching, testing, documenting, and implementing IT systems into the Navy.

Systems Administrator, Sherlock Clothing LTD; Halifax, NS — June 2021-May 2022
Core responsibilities at Sherlock Clothing accountable for maintaining major business applications and infrastructure. Ranging from physical servers located on premise and cloud resources concurrently, all network equipment and configurations from store level firewalls to enterprise network at head office ensuring reliability and security were always a priority. Responsible for the procurement of physical assets for the business. Preparing the assets and deploying them to a production environment. Certain machines had files and information needing to transfer from the old systems to the new ones. Main IT Support in case of any issues arising and on call for weekdays.

One person department managing all IT infrastructure and assets within the organization. Working directly with upper management, current responsibilities include ensuring the daily running and operations within Glow and if needed processing and completing ticket requests company wide.
